Senior Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel | Technology business |Berkshire

A technology business based in Berkshire is seeking a legal counsel to join the business on a permanent basis.

My client is seeking a confident and organised candidate to provide comprehensive and professional legal advice to the group.

Responsibilities include:
*Drafting and negotiating complex technology/telecom agreements
*Risk mitigation and awareness
*Advising directors, senior managers and board members on legal and commercial matters
*Looking at compliance, regulatory and GDPR matters
*Managing external counsel as necessary


The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with good academics and a minimum of 5 years PQE*. You will have worked in-house, ideally within the technology or telecoms sector and have strong commercial experience. Experience with regulatory, compliance and GDPR matters is highly advantageous.
