Senior Agricultural Associate

Errington Legal are currently seeking a Senior Agricultural Associate/Partner to joing a highly regarded nationwide firm, in their Cambridge office.

Work will cover a full spectrum of Agricultural matters including working with landed estates, advising farm owners, tenants and their companies across England and Wales. 

You will be Involved in all aspects of rural land acquisition, disposal and management including complex property transactions and renewable energy. You will work with tenant farmers and advsie on the reorganisation of farm ownership for families and trusts. You will also advise on all practical aspects of farming and of rural property ownership, including property dealings for diversification purposes, tax planning and those relating to potential development and management. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and development skills, and the ability to guide and progress junior members of the team. This role offers a clear opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Agricultural Solicitor to progress their career amongst a supportive team.
