The Role


The firm are looking for a proficient Residential Conveyancer to join their busy city centre department in Liverpool.


The growing department provide first call advice to client across the North West and North Wales regions.


You will deal with all residential conveyancing matters to include buying and selling plots of land, shared ownership schemes, transfers of equity, buying and selling freehold properties and help to buy matters.


Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.


Requirements

  • You will ideally be a Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
  • You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
  • You should have a strong background in this area of law
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive around market rate, which will be dependent on experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
