The role is mid-senior and will be very broad, encompassing the commercial and finance elements of projects, with a bias towards all forms of energy; renewables, o&g and power. Experience in the power and renewables and oil & gas sectors would be beneficial as would knowledge and understanding of key project agreements including offtake, fuel supply, operation and maintenance arrangements. On the finance side, knowledge and experience of drafting project finance documents including facilities agreements, inter-creditor arrangements and security documentation will certainly be welcome. Naturally all of this technical expertise is expected, but all of this experience will be gained.

A willingness to help develop the practice, to input into strategy and marketing materials together with the ability to represent the firm at business development events is also certainly encouraged. Fast track career very much on offer here to a level that will outstrip opportunities in peer firms.
