The Role
The firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor who has strong managerial experience to grow and develop their legal 500 ranked team in Wokingham, Berkshire.
This role has been designed for an ambitious individual who wants to take control of a legal 500 ranked residential property department. You will be working closely alongside the partners in the firm to drive the department forwards. You will be given both guidance and autonomy in developing and growing the department further.
In this role you will be dealing with a diverse and varied conveyancing caseload which will include the following:

  • Sales / purchases
  • New build work
  • Transfer of equity
  • Freehold / leasehold files
  • Help to buy


You will be the focal point of the Residential Property team, leading individuals to daily success and ensuring the continuation the utmost quality set by the current partner.
Requirements

  • You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
  • You will have strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Ability to deal with a high volume and varied caseload
  • Ability to motivate and inspire and is key
