The Role

A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their high regarded commercial department. The candidate would need to have between 3-7 Years PQE.

The team covers the full remit of commercial law and you will be working autonomously albeit within a very collaborative team. The work will involve drafting a wide range of contracts, from terms and conditions of trade to joint venture agreements. You will be working on IT contracts, e-commerce and distribution agreements as well as advising on intellectual property rights and data protection. Some Corporate experience would be a bonus.
