This is a rare opportunity to join one of London's most highly regarded Real Estate teams. They do not recruit often and due to growth in the team there is an opening for a Real Estate Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE.

With this being a unique opportunity, the firm are looking for someone who is ambitious. There will be much less focus on fee earning with this role and the Partners will be passing over relationships for you to be able to head up and be out networking. They act for household names and have described their own client base as being fun and entrepreneurial.

They are known to be specialists in the Property world and have an astounding history, having had some of the best lawyers in the business work for the throughout the year.

Due to their success in Property, they have attracted a number of Partners from top tier firms across Litigation, Construction and Finance. The firm have their sights set on developing the practice to be leaders in various fields.

The firm is modern, vibrant and highly entrepreneurial, they hire likeminded individuals who can continue the success in the Property world.

The Role

You will join a team that is highly tiered in the Legal 500, the firm are based in London's West End.

This is not a usual fee earning role, you will not be targeted to the traditional 3x salary billings targets etc. This role has opened for someone who enjoys taking on relationships and being out in front of clients networking and developing relationships.

You will not be expected to make new relationships but continue to develop the existing relationships and keep clients happy.

Background and experience are not as important as being the right personality fit. They look for ambitious, bubbly characters as this is the make up of the Lawyers they have at the firm. If you are lacking skill in a certain area, the Partners will invest in you to bring you up to speed.

You will find their main competitors are other highly regarded Commercial Property departments, so the quality of work is exceptional.

Having spoken with the Partners in detail, if they find the right person, they envision them progressing to be the Managing Partner of the firm in the future.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
  • Having good Landlord & Tenant experience is desired as this is a large bulk of their work
  • You will be ambitious and wanting to really push your career forward

  • Salary is competitive and you will receive a lucrative bonus structure, not focussed around billings
