A leading City firm requires a bright and personable Commercial and Data Protection Lawyer to join their internal Risk & Compliance function. Working closely with the Senior Compliance team, the successful candidates will work on a broad range of Commercial Contracts, Terms of Engagement, Regulatory and Data Protection issues with scope to be involved in Conflicts and AML. Applicants should be at least 1-2 PQE with a good knowledge of Commercial and Data Protection issues within a law firm or in-house. Previous Compliance experience isn't a pre-requisite for the role.
