This leading regional practice are seeking an experienced Lawyer to undertake a varied caseload of Corporate Commercial & Employment matters as part of their expanding Business Services team.
Following recent developments within the business, this highly regarded firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join their Legal 500 ranked team. You will be developed and encouraged by the Partners to be actively involved in attending networking events and presenting at seminars to increase your own client base and the firm's regional profile.
This firm has multiple offices with ambitious expansion plans in place, therefore there are excellent prospects on offer for you to develop your own client base as you see fit. They already have an experienced Commercial Property team however; due to recent developments, they are seeking a talented individual to work alongside the existing, industry leading Partners to drive forward this team further.

The Role
The firm are looking to hire an experienced Business Services Solicitor into their Essex office
This is an interesting and varied role within the team, working alongside the Corporate Commercial Partner & Employment Partners on their significant posr5toflio of clients throughout Essex & East London.
They have sufficient ongoing work to provide this role, and further down the line, will shape the role around your preferences - whether you would like to continue in a mixed role or focus further on Corporate Commercial or Employment matters.
The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to assist the Partners on a range of matters including:
- Commercial contracts
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Terms of sale and purchase.
- And general corporate transactional work
- Employment Disputes and Tribunals
- Settlements Contracts and Handbooks
- Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
- TUPE
This role with play a significant role in developing the firm further so there is further progression on offer also.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 3 PQE +
- You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
- A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
