The have several offices spread across East Anglia and Essex with ambitious expansion plans in place which is why they are now seeking experienced solicitors to increase their offering throughout the region. The firm has a strong reputation across various sectors with a strong local and national client base.

The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office in Chelmsford
You will be working closely with the Partners within the Commercial Property department and will play a pivotal role to assist in driving the department forwards and ensure future success, having the full support from heavy hitting regional firm.
You will be essential in business development where you will be encouraged to build on their existing client base on a local and regional level. You will deal with a broad caseload, including:
- Acquisition and disposal of Commercial Property
- Landlord and Tenant
- Investments
- Land development
- Secured lending
- and commercial leases.
They are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join their experienced team of fee earners on a varied caseload, reporting directly to the Partner. You will find flexibility in this role, around working from home, remotely and working hours - providing a better work/life balance.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 3 years PQE +
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
