Job Details
Anglo Saxon law firm with strong emerging markets focus seeks to expand its emerging markets projects practice which is particularly active in sub-Sahara Africa and the Middle East. The team handles infrastructure projects including power, renewables, energy (oil & gas), transportation (ports/airports) and social (schools, hospitals/healthcare).
They act for clients including project developers, operators and multi-laterals, some governments (subject to conflicts), lenders in relation to development, operation and construction. The decision has been taken for strategic reasons to expand the group and bring in a partner individually or with a team to capitalise upon existing opportunities from the firms client network. Candidates with a strong deal list with sub-Sahara Africa focus and an appreciation of the trends and opportunities to be exploited in the Middle East/sub-Sahara Africa axis would be of real interest.
