The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate to join the firms Leeds office.

The Employment, Incentives and Immigration has a team spread across the UK and the globe. You will work with a vast client base which includes global financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies and the major UK and International Businesses.

You will be involved in the full range of Employment Law and HR support work, Contentious and Non-Contentious, (experience in either will be considered), for a wide range of clients across all business sectors. You can expect to work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints and investigations.

The Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Associate with at least 2 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE
  • You will be currently working within a City or International practice.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Worked in a respectable Employment group.
  • Actively engage in networking and development opportunities
