You will deal with a mix of claimant and respondent work; the role will be broad and varied making for a varied and very interesting role. You will deal with some of the highest value and complex, landmark cases. Often their cases making both the national and international press.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with 3 years + PQE
- Strong academics with a minimum 2:1 degree
- The right candidate for this role will be ambitious, sociable, enthusiastic and driven
- Must have strong business development skills and a "go getting" attitude
- Be able to manage own files with very little supervision and show confidence in front of clients
