This top national UK law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join the London arm of their thriving national and international Restructuring practice. Their team advises an impressive range of financial institutions (including all major clearing banks and a variety of other lenders), turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround.  They are increasingly involved in complex, high value restructurings at an early stage in the financial decline curve, with the aim of providing innovative solutions which improve returns to stakeholders and, in many cases, avoid an insolvency process.  Their contentious practice is also building an increasing reputation, having been instructed on a number of high profile mandates.  Applicants should ideally have broad financial restructuring experience, with an emphasis on transactional, bank-led work and advisory experience, gained within a respected City or large UK regional practice.  The team are particularly seeking someone who is technically excellent but equally importantly, commercially aware, and enthusiastic about business development.  The role presents a superb opportunity to make your mark, with excellent future career prospects within this thriving high-level practice.  Please apply now for more details!
