The Role

The firm are looking for an Agriculture Partner to join their Warwickshire office.

You will work closely with the other Partners within their award-winning Agricultural department to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

The role would suit a candidate that is well connected in the Agricultural world. A portable following of work would translate well into this existing practice, although this isn't necessarily the key driver.

The firm advice a broad range of clients including landowners, entrepreneurs, farming businesses, landed estates, institutions and others with interests in land and the wider rural economy. Your caseload will involve sale and purchases, tenancy agreements, contract farming agreements and farming structures.

Requirements

  • You will be an Agriculture Associate or Senior Associate with 5 years + PQE
  • You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
  • You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
  • You will have strong business development capabilities
