The Role

The firm is currently seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the firms Northamptonshire office.

This role ties in with the firm's ambitious growth plans; you will be working closely with a Senior Partner to further develop the corporate commercial team. There are no glass ceilings in regards to progression with this firm - they are hiring with future Partnership prospects in mind.

Among others, you will be involved in the following areas:

  • Corporate M&A
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Working with Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs, SME's and more
  • Excellent clients in Technology, Hospitality, Media and more



This role gives an opportunity to be involved with a large amount of client contact, working with the firm's core clients.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor of 3 years + PQE (no upper end on PQE)
  • You will be commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to progress in your career



Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable, dependant on the individual
  • You will also have a lucrative bonus/commission structure
