The Role

This team advise a range of high-end clients including SMEs, growth companies, entrepreneurs and family run businesses. They also work with companies listed on the AIM and standard London Stock Exchange markets.

The team are looking to hire a 2-4 PQE lawyer experienced in Corporate work. They are a flexible, entrepreneurial team and you'll gain amazing experience in this role.

This is a rare opportunity with very good prospects for promotion in the future, to work for a high-end specialist that offer a genuine alternative to the City heavyweights, whilst not compromising on the quality of work.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Associate with 1-5 years PQE
  • You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience (you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package)
