The Role
This role will give the successful Employment Solicitor incredible exposure to some of the most extensive and high-profile contentious employment work in the country, and you will also be able to work on some incredibly good quality non-contentious work.
The role will be respondent focussed and include employment tribunals claims, disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring, redundancies, support on corporate deals and outsourcing contracts, restrictive covenants, industrial relations and collective issues.
The department is ranked as a "National Leader" in Chambers and Partners and will be part of the support and collegiate national team. They have over 25 solicitors in the team, including partners.
Due to a national presence you will work with experienced partners and blue-chip clients in a diverse range of sectors.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment with at least 1-5 years PQE
- You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
- You should have first-class communication skills
- The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
