This regional heavyweight practice is expanding in light of recent growth and success. With 5+ offices spanning the UK and a presence in the city, they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Southampton office.

The firm

This top 100 firm are highly ranked in the legal 500 over multiple legal disciplines. The majority of their partners are recognised individuals and boast client bases many regional firms can only strive to have. The partners in this practice are leading but what stands them apart is the open-door culture they have created. There is a heavy emphasis on support and training from the top down which few firms of this size have successfully implemented creating a nurturing culture to grow and develop a legal career. There is no sink or swim culture here.

There is a commercial focus at this practice but this is not at the sacrifice of their individual services teams. They deal with big-ticket corporate, commercial and litigation work and have a strong reputation for attracting HNW / UHNW individual services work including private client, family and property giving their fee-earners fantastic exposure to the strongest quality level of work accessible outside of the city.

Lawyers strive to work for this practice. They have a good track record in attracting lawyers out of the city for the work-life balance and quality level of work they offer. Equally, they are highly thought of in the regions and their roster comprise of the some of the leading lawyers outside of London.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing top 100 firm based in Southampton


This corporate team are ranked highly in the legal 500 and are considered to be one of the heaviest hitting teams outside of London. With several key individuals recognised in the legal 500 leading the team, their plans for growth and expansion are envious.


In this role you will be dealing with:

  • Corporate M&A
  • Joint ventures
  • Private Equity
  • Shareholder agreements


You will be working directly alongside partners who will assist you in growing and developing your technical ability.

Requirements?

  • You will be NQ-3 years PQE
