Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a firm who can offer you a regional approach to work life balance, but can also offer you progression / quality level of work of a national law firm? This firm boast 8+ offices and they are looking to grow their south coast offering and wish to recruit a Solicitor to join their growing team.

They understand that one size does not fit all and really take the time to understand each one of their clients' needs and what makes them successful with many client referrals across the M4 corridor, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Surrey areas.
The firm have a friendly culture throughout all their offices and pride themselves on being hardworking and collaborative. They often cross refer work to other departments and due to their national presence, they can be cohesive to work on a nationwide service line and share work.
The role
This national firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing practice based in Southampton, Hampshire.
In this role you will be managing a varied caseload spanning a dynamic combination of sectors, including retail, leisure, office space and more.

- Development
- Landlord and tenant work
- Real estate finance
In this role you will be undertaking a mixed caseload varying in net worth and complexity. This is a hands-on role and you will be working alongside like-minded individuals growing and expanding the firms already strong presence in real estate.
Requirements
- You will be 5+ years PQE (although more junior applicants may be considered)
- You will be able to run your own files comfortably, and enjoy business development
- You will be ambitious, commercially minded and want to push a department to the next level
