Family solicitor, 5 years PQE.

We are seeking a 5 year PQE associate solicitor to join the growing team in our Kingston office.  You will work closely with the partners, assisting on their cases, helping to mentor the younger members of the team as well as having the opportunity to develop your own case load within a supportive team environment. As part of the team your matters will include advising our clients on:

• Divorce procedures
• Financial applications for married and unmarried families
• International and cross jurisdictional issues
• Private children applications to include leave to remove
• Pre and Post nuptial agreements

The ideal candidate will be confident and enthusiastic and will have a strong commitment to family work.  You will be keen to raise your profile and that of the family team and take part in business development activities.
