Our client is an ambitious and entrepreneurial full-service law firm with a national and international client base.

With a broad range of expertise including commercial law, real estate and property, commercial and general litigation, personal injury, employment, family, insolvency, business and private immigration; they service a diverse client base and are known for their collaborative approach, working in partnership with clients to achieve their goals.

The business is nimble and very well positioned.

Their model includes traditional employees and is expanding rapidly on the consultancy model, initiated a year ago. They are looking for fee-earners to join at partner level, bringing their own clients and also benefiting from the wider firm's clients, resources, and shared expertise.

The opportunity:

• A business model, allowing you to service your clients with ultimate flexibility and control, away from the constraints of the old tired traditional law firm model.
• A remuneration structure where you take up to 70% of what you bill.
• You effectively run your own business within the firm's model, using their infrastructure and business support team.
• Earn 15% for any referrals you generate that you do not work on.
• The tools, infrastructure and resources you'd expect in a London law firm;
• The flexibility and support to make the arrangement work for you, your clients, and the firm;
• A central London office space (subsequent lockdowns permitting!), but also freedom to work from wherever suits you and your clients best;
• The ultimate in work-life balance - you work when you want, where you want, however much you want.

About You:

You're an experienced lawyer (either Partner or Senior Associate level) with an exceptional legal background and a loyal client base. Maybe you're cheesed off with the politics, administration and frustration that can come with a traditional law firm. You want to offer your clients a responsive, commercial and stand out legal service in a flexible and value-added manner. As well as your legal skills, you must be entrepreneurial and have strong levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.

It's not necessary that you currently hold the "partner" badge, but you must have a strong personal following or book of contacts.
