This practice offers an extremely lucrative bonus structure that allows you to earn 40% of your billings, in addition to a very competitive base salary.

The Role

They are seeking to hire an Employment Partner 7 years+ PQE into their growing team in Westminster, Central London.

You will head up the Employment department, working alongside the other partners in the department to drive the business departments. You will be part of a commercially savvy, technically strong and dynamic team. You will oversee a team of associates underneath you.

The work will be broad across a range of industry sectors, making for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not be limited to; issues arising out of company sales and purchases, TUPE, team moves, consultancy agreements, post termination restrictions and confidentiality requirements, equal pay discrimination and employment discrimination

There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Partner 7 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced candidates)
  • You should have a good billings track record
  • This role comes with excellent prospects, including even equity in the future
  • You must be someone who embraces business development, is commercially minded and is a self-starter.
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will have a strong collaborative approach to working
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and above market rate, but depends on your background, billings and level of experience. On offer is a very lucrative bonus structure that will allow you to significantly increase on your earnings
