Corporate PDL - Corporate Professional Support Lawyer
This role offers superb quality of work at an inspiring top level US law firm. The firm seeks a corporate solicitor to become its sole Corporate PDL supporting the M&A team. You will be expected to have extensive M&A experience from a leading City law firm (US or UK), but not necessarily prior PDL experience. Strong organisational skills, self motivation, communication skills, and the ability to be strategic are essential. Responsibilities will cover knowledge strategy, know how, legal developments, training, and assisting with BD.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work pretty much autonomously and develop the PDL offering in your own way, within a supportive and invigorating environment.
The firm is 100 lawyers strong in London, with finance and corporate the core practice areas. It offers an attractive remuneration package with benefits. Full time preferred, but 4 days per week also available.
