A well established Legal 500 Home Counties law firm seeks to recruit a Commercial Property Associate 5 + PQE to join the Cambridge office
THE ROLE
As a Senior Associate you will be part of a market-leading commercial and agricultural property practice, advising investors, trusts and pension funds, retailers, local authorities, health care providers and academic institutions.
The work will cover the full range of high level commercial property matters, advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property, joint venture schemes, re financing, sales and leasebacks of commercial property and pension fund transactions.
The role will also carry responsibility for team leadership and marketing duties.
THE CANDIDATE
