Insurance Coverage Disputes 4+pqe, International Firm

This international mid-market firm are looking to hire an insurance disputes specialist to focus on coverage issues and disputes relating to all types of financial institutions and D&O liability insurance.

The team covers a wide range of matters including systemic retail mis-selling claims with work in this area including the mis-selling of split-capital investment trusts, mortgage endowments, pensions, precipice bonds, structured investment products, unregulated collective investment schemes and many other types of investment and insurance products.

To be considered for this role you should have gained c.4-7pqe relevant experience in a well regarded City or large regional firm. Reasonable hour targets, excellent remuneration and benefits and a transparent career track.
