Job Details
A new opportunity has arisen for a mid-level corporate lawyer, with at least 2.5PQE, to join our client, a top tier, international City firm, to work on a range of corporate deals within the real estate sector, working in a dynamic, close knit team, acting for a number of key blue chip clients. This role will involve a broad range of corporate transactional work, including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, structured investments and solvent / insolvent reorganisations. The successful candidate will be a corporate lawyer with solid technical experience of corporate transactional work, preferably but not necessarily within the real estate sector, from another highly regarded practice, as well as enthusiasm and drive, the ability to work as a team and to build relationships with clients.
