Disputes Associate (3-6yrs PQE) – Cayman Islands

We have been instructed by a leading offshore law firm to locate an ambitious dispute’s associate for their expanding Cayman practice.

With a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience and admitted to practice in the UK/AUS/NZ, applicants will have trained / practiced with a top flight international law firm(s) and be looking to take the next step in their career, with a firm that can offer high quality work , autonomy and career progression. Bright and motivated, you will be attracted by working within a smaller team environment, reporting directly to the lead Partner, in a role that offers immediate responsibility and client contact.

On offer is access to all manner of commercial disputes, fund related matters and complex cross-border insolvency and restructuring mandates. Of particular interest would be those applicants that have experience with respect to share valuation disputes (knowledge of s238 proceedings under the Cayman Companies Act would be ideal).
