Job Details
Our client is seeking a c.3-5pqe ECM associate (ideally Main Market and AIM) as ECM will be the focus. The role is 50% ECM, and will also include M&A and VC work also.
The firm's London team demonstrates particularly notable strengths in the technology, energy and natural resources, and pharmaceuticals industries. They advise on the full range of matters for AIM/Main Market companies and nominated advisers/brokers, including handling IPOs, secondary offerings and public and private M&A.
This is a broad and exciting role on behalf of a very exciting client base. The team are very busy and the pipeline of work is very strong, bucking the trend in this area of law.
