This London law firm which is listed in the directories for the work it does in Claimant Clinical Negligence urgently seeks a Senior Claimant Clinical Negligence lawyer (Senior Associate or Partner) of at least 6 years’ PQE. Applicants will currently specialise in Clinical Negligence law and our client will consider candidates who specialise in either Claimant or Defendant matters, though you must be happy with the idea of moving to a role which involves undertaking a purely Claimant caseload. Our client is also happy to consider applications from both Senior Associates and those who are already of Partner-level. There is a full book of business so you will inherit a 100% caseload on joining. Whilst they would like someone to start ASAP, they accept that the successful candidate may have to work their full notice before they can join. Our client is happy to consider candidates either looking for permanent roles or contract roles and are they are also flexible on whether you wish to work full-time or part-time.
