Job Details
Our client, a global powerhouse, is looking to recruit a senior UK qualified lawyer specialising in alternative investment funds (AIFs). You will be part of a wider, highly integrated, team and will have the opportunity to manage more junior colleagues and be part of the development of the team as it grows. In this role you will have significant client contact and will be expected to maintain and develop those relationships both internationally and domestically. As a lawyer within this prestigious firm you will be able to build a career locally and internationally throughout the firm's exceptional global office network.
The role offers significant variety and you will be expected to have a working knowledge of applicable UK and EU regulations and familiarity with structuring across multiple jurisdictions. Having experience with both open-ended and closed-ended fund structures will be an advantage but this is not an essential requirement.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant AIFs experience advising sophisticated financial institutions, fund managers, investment funds and/or institutional investors.
