Residential Development Solicitor - Liverpool
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for residential development solicitor to join a boutique law firm in Liverpool to head up the residential development and plot sales team.
The firm has seen an exciting period of growth, specifically in the residential development department and they are now keen to find a residential development solicitor to head up this offering out of their Liverpool office.
The firm have decided that due to the uptake in this work they would like to make this a department of it’s own and so they are keen to consider candidates who have prior experience working in or heading up a residential development department with either a national firm or a large regional firm.
