Construction Solicitor – Manchester City Centre

We have an opportunity for a construction solicitor to join an international firm in their Manchester office.

The firm are known for their successful construction offering which spans across the North West, nationally and internationally, working with large scale private sector clients as well as various public sector clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters; the value of these matters are often into the multi-millions.

This construction solicitor will join the Manchester offering and will be supported/work closely with the partners in the team as well as peers who will support the development of your construction knowledge and sector expertise.

Work will include: advising clients including regional and national contractors and developers, local and central government departments, registered providers operating in the commercial / private and public sectors, contentious advice on adjudications and litigation for public and private sector clients, providing construction related procurement advice for public sector clients and advising on all aspects of development through design and construction.
