Corporate Paralegal

In-house Corporate Paralegal - Full time role, Shrewsbury

A Professional Services Firm based in Shrewsbury is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team.

The role

Reporting into the Corporate Director, the successful paralegal will undertake a broad mix of company secretarial work for the firms' clients, including:

· Maintaining and updating company books and registers
· Preparing all Board Minutes
· Company set ups
· Filing and maintaining all company documents
· Drafting new Articles of Association
· Preparing all documents relating to share purchase and transfer e.g. share certificates, SH10s and SH8
· Preparing written resolutions


This is a standalone role with a great deal of autonomy - this person will be solely responsible for all Company Secretarial work.


About you:
· Corporate law experience (including meeting the key duties above) gained either in-house or in Practice
· Someone who wants to further their Company Secretarial experience working for a small and successful business
