An oft’ uttered lament from UK qualified litigators ensconced in US law firms is that, besides there being limited workflow from the mothership, Stateside senior management does not really “understand the European disputes market”. Not so with this top outfit whose management coterie numbers amongst it one of the US’ leading disputes “names” who happens to have a cross-border workflow to which Europe is pivotal. In London the firm is still best known for corporate PE, having only recently launched disputes, but it has set aside a considerable war chest to expand.
