Job Details
A Giga-project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which includes the building of a new technically advanced, eco-friendly smart city, is looking for Magic Circle equivalent corporate/commercial lawyers ranging from 4 to 12 years pqe. You will have a strong academic background and currently working in an international law firm covering areas such as Corporate/Commercial/Data Protection/Privacy/Cyber security/IT/IP/projects/infrastructure or come with a strong regulatory background.
Being part of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision there are significant plans to grow and diversify the local economy and position the kingdom to play a leading role in global development. The organization is funded by Saudi Arabia and there are stellar opportunities not just within the legal team but senior GC roles around the project. These roles are part of a significant diversification model that’s now in place.
Lawyers with extensive non contentious contract drafting experience in the above areas with a focus on energy or infrastructure, are encouraged to apply. In terms of location the role will be based in Saudi with tax free salaries on offer and any middle east experience will be a big plus.
