Job Details
A global law firm is looking for a Counsel to be based in Adu Dhabi as part of the in-house team. The Counsel will look over and lead diverse functions pertaining to commercial contracts, M&A, governance and procurement and support higher management and board members in legal related issues.
Successful applicants will have excellent knowledge and a solid experience in corporate and commercial law, and have worked in top law firms or have worked in-house with a proven track record of leading teams and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Financial and technological knowledge will be an added plus.
