BRAND NEW ROLE!! An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a regional, Legal 500 firm in their Solihull office. This award-winning practice combines their traditional values with innovative solutions delivering the highest standard of tailored advice and care to each of their clients. If you're a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor based in or near Birmingham, then this could be the job for you!
You will;
* Have 5 years + PQE in handling an extensive and varied caseload that will encompass the full spectrum of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equities.
* Use your broad knowledge and excellent customer care skills to strengthen and generate long-lasting client relationships
* Be encouraged to get involved in business development to strengthen your own network and continue to develop this
* Take on a role that offers someone great potential to grow with the department and be involved as it evolves
