Head of Underwriting | Tax Insurance

We have been retained by a heavyweight mergers and acquisitions insurance ("M&A") practice to lead the search for a Corporate or Private Equity Tax Attorney or Accountant to join the team in Frankfurt and lead the tax insurance proposition - the team underwrite warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I") for complex and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and also provide comprehensive tax liability insurance across the DACH markets.

You will be joining an innovative insurance organisation with an impressive employer brand with an exceptional reputation within the space.

The hire will be a German qualified Attorney or Big 4 Accountant from a branded practice with first class technical experience and appetite to move into an appointment with more people and operational responsibility.
