The teams are staffed projects with lean groups so all team members get real involvement in a project and will be assured of a great depth than the more silo'd teams of Magic Circle firms.

The corporate group is seeking to recruit 2 associates at the 1-5pqe (will consider exceptional NQs) to advise clients on a variety of matters, whilst working closely with partners and solicitors to provide a seamless service. The corporate and M&A group covers public M&A, private M&A, private equity, capital markets, and advisory work. The team (and the firm) works in a very collegiate manner. Continued professional education is an important part of life at all levels within the team. There will be on average at least one session per week and more at the junior end.
