Job Details
We now have an exciting opportunity for a first time General Counsel hire with a highly successful and rapidly developing international diagnostics company. Reporting to the CFO, the role will act as General Counsel and Company Secretary to the Group and sit on the management team. The role will also support on broad commercial, IP and general legal issues as well as with corporate transactions and Board support and listing compliance.
The appropriate candidate will be an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with experience from a similar type of company (life sciences/ pharmaceuticals/ medical devices / fmcg) or at least some experience from an industrial/manufacturing related sector. You will also ideally have some experience supporting a listed Board as well having the gravitas to operate at Board level.
*The role has the potential to be full time or slightly less than full time (c.3-5 days per week).
