Employment Associate, 3+ PQE - international law firm

This stellar City employment practice is looking to hire at the 3+ PQE level, Associate/Senior Associate. The team is very much standalone and works with clients across a range of sectors, including those in the financial services, TMT, healthcare, transport, and insurance sectors. There is a bias towards contentious work, acting for clients in the High Court and the Employment Tribunal, working on complex discrimination, whistle blowing and breach of contract litigation.

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join a team where you would be expected to really get stuck in on the client development side, and take an active role in supervising the work and assisting in the development of more junior members of the team.

To be considered for this role, candidates should currently be working in a Legal 500 ranked employment team either at a rated London firm or a top tier regional firm. A strong academic profile is essential in addition to having a client facing demeaner.
