This leading online fashion platform is one of the most well-known players in the online space.  An opportunity has now arisen for a lawyer with relevant experience to join its highly regarded legal team in a broad ranging role for 12 months.

About the Opportunity

In this key role for the business, responsibilities will encompass a wide range of matters including drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, leading on e-commerce issues, advising and assisting on data privacy matters and working closely with marketing on advertising and other digital initiatives. The legal team is highly integrated and visible within the organisation and as a result, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, advising on both day to day and strategic matters and dealing with a broad range of both commercial and legal initiatives.

About You

Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house is key, as is the ability to lead on complex commercial negotiations. Marketing and e-commerce experience as well as some data experience is also essential. You must have a proven track record of working directly with key commercial stakeholders and experience of working with digital or online businesses. The role requires an individual with a keen interest in the consumer space in an online context along with excellent interpersonal skills and a pro-active approach.
