The construction team in Birmingham forms part of a national practice assisting clients throughout the UK and internationally alongside their colleagues across the firm's 13 UK offices.

This award-winning construction litigation team in Birmingham act for developers, employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants across a range of sectors including financial services, technology, engineering, infrastructure, energy, retail and real estate.

The successful construction litigation solicitor joining this team will undertake a broad range of challenging and complex construction litigation matters which will include:

- Dispute avoidance and risk management
- Proceedings in the TCC
- Professional negligence
- ADR
- Contractual interpretation
- Adjudication and mediation
- Multi-party claims
- NEC3

This position is ideally suited to construction litigation solicitors with a minimum of two years' PQE. Construction litigation solicitors applying for this position should be able to display:

- A strong academic background
- Training and experience gained with a leading national or regional practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
