Real Estate Partner - Head of Team - London

Our client law firm is a highly-rated medium-sized practice based in a great location in central London. Confidentially and strategically, the firm are now seeking a lead partner for their established commercial real estate team.

This is a firm with a welcoming environment and a culture which encourages excellence, collaboration and flexibility. They have a number of strong property partners with their own loyal client practices, together with support from high-calibre lawyers at all levels of experience. The real estate team is a key part of the firm and advises on high-value matters in the City and Prime London for an established client base including corporates, institutional landlords and commercial tenants. The range of work includes major development and investment deals and across all sectors.

The ideal applicant for this role will be a Partner at a City, West End or national firm and with a solid career background, now seeking a work and lifestyle role away from large firms in the City. Previous experience in a head of team role is not needed but some management experience is ideal. A track record in fee generation plus a predicted practice of at least £500K is sought.
