THE ROLE
Within the firm's renowned capital markets team which regularly receives recognition in the press for its innovative work.
It operates as a single fully integrated team of English and US lawyers, working hand in hand with the US securities law associates in the London office.
The capital markets associates work on a mix of equity capital markets (ECM) and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions.
The Capital Markets group is also part of the broader Corporate group, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on broader M&A and other corporate assignments, in particular in the public company space.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-4pqe and experience gained at a top tier law firm, you will join the Corporate group, focusing on Capital Markets.
You will ideally have completed at least one DCM seat, and then joined an established DCM practice on qualification.
As well as wishing to continue to do DCM work, you will need to have a desire to branch out to work on ECM transactions and potentially more general corporate work.
