THE ROLE
The Wills, Trusts and Estates team which includes STEP members is well regarded and offers an outstanding service.
The Court of Protection Team is now looking for a further experienced COP Solicitor or Associate to help manage existing Deputyships, service SLAs with Local Authorities, grow the team further and develop the caseload of the team.
This role will involve being responsible for running Court of Protection matters independently and for furthering the development of junior colleagues.
ABOUT YOU
A qualified solicitor or legal executive you will have a keen interest and vast experience in all aspects of Court of Protection law.
Ideally STEP qualified or a Member of SFE you will likely have good BD skills and an existing network of contacts would be advantageous
A following is not required for more senior applicants but a caseload of personal Deputyships to bring to the team would be advantageous.
The firm is flexible on location and can offer the role in their North West, Yorkshire or Midlands based offices with wfh options.
