Job Details
As a member of the Finance team, the preferred candidate will advise clients on all matters relating to banking, finance and regulatory issues. You must be a technical expert on a wide range of legal technical finance issues; including estate finance, financial collateral arrangements, bond issuances and listings on the Lux Stock Exchange.
As an ideal candidate you must:
have excellent banking & finance experience ideally in a top tier law firm with international exposure
be admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction (preferably France or Belgium)
have a perfect command of both written and spoken English and French. other languages are always an asset
