We are very excited to be working with a disruptive social media platform - its Founder and Chairman is behind one of the most high profile success stories in the industry. This business has equally great ambitions and currently operates out of London and the US. As they are planning to expand both in terms of offering and locations, they are looking for a talented lawyer with c. 3 years' PQE or more to join the team as their sole counsel. You will advise and support on all legal matters as well as draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, licencing agreements, talent & influencer agreements, management information and policies. You will work together with external counsel and build upon the existing precedent and procedures framework, while proactively identifying and managing risk.

You will have excellent training and experience and at least 3 years' relevant PQE working for/in start-up, innovative businesses in the tech/digital media/social media areas. You may be in a good commercial/TMT team in private practice or already in-house. You will have plenty of energy and a practical 'hands-on' approach along with passion for innovation in tech and social media and a global, cosmopolitan approach.
