The Role

The transactional Real Estate team deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of national companies.

The existing caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development and portfolio management and Corporate support. This a broad-brush role that will give a Senior Associate a step up or for an existing Partner to take true ownership of their own practice and clients.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years + PQE
  • You will have good technical knowledge
  • An existing client base that is portable would be highly desirable
  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • Coming from a strong firm background
